This chocolate is hand crafted from “Bean to Bar” in Mission Beach Queensland, from Trinitario/Amazonia cocoa beans grown on Karkar Island off the coast of Madang Province in Papua New Guinea’s north. The cocoa beans are roasted and then conched for over 40 hours to produce a rich dark chocolate with bold, earthy flavours and fruity overtones. This chocolate is a great introduction to "Bean to Bar" flavour.
