We can post to a PO box or your home address. Please remember that chocolate is a very temperature sensitive product and will not enjoy being in a letter box all day.

PICK UP IN STORE

Phone or email the store with your order and we can have it ready for collection.   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Regrettably at this stage we do not ship internationally.

POSTAGE SERVICE

We use Australia Post express post and will bubble wrap and insulate your chocolate. Local delivery (within 25kms of The Not Just Chocolate Shop) is made by courier. 

POSTAGE RATES

Postage is charged at a flat rate of $10 for orders under $50. Free shipping is offered for orders $75 and over, or any orders for delivery within 25kms of The Not Just Chocolate Shop. 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We only ship orders Monday to Wednesday. This is to mitigate the risk of late deliveries where the order may be stored in a warehouse over the weekend.

We hand wrap and pack all of our products so we ask that you please allow 24 hours for order preparation (once payment has been cleared) plus shipping time; this time will depend on where you live. Delivery to most capital cities is between 2-4 business days and can be longer for regional/remote areas. Local deliveries will usually be made within 1 business day of purchase.
